Onward Health simplifies the caregiving experience by consolidating health information, enhancing coordination and adherence and promoting a personalized caregiver social network platform. * Information can be shared across 5 caregivers
* Memory Keeper feature that allows caregivers to share their Loved One’s favorite music, photos and memories across all caregivers through the application
